The Bluegrass Connection will ship instruments to any point in the United States. The following information will provide the necessary instructions for prompt service.

Placing your order by telephone is the fastest and most reliable method. Letter is also acceptable. After your order is confirmed, we will hold the instrument seven days for receipt of payment.

When payment is received, we will ship by United Parcel Service. When ordering by mail, please give name, address, and telephone number. We do not ship C.O.D. unless agreed upon when ordering.

We can ship anywhere with shipping billed at our cost.  Inquire for details.  West Virginia residents add 6% sales tax.

Our new and used inventory changes constantly. If you are looking for a particluar item, let us find it for you.  We can email photos of any instrument upon request.

RETURNS and WARRANTIES:

Any instrument can be returned within 48 hours for a full refund. Purchaser must pay return shipping and instrument must be returned in the same condition as received.

Warranty work on new instruments is covered by the manufacturer, not the Bluegrass Connection. However, we will do anything we can to assist you in obtaining warranty work.

Used instruments, unless otherwise noted, are sold without warranty.
